Rates, Fees, and Pricing
We've got a plan to suit your needs! We know that you'd rather spend your time providing services, being creative, and running your business than trying to manage your online presence. Our plans give you the options you need so that you can put your energy and time into what matters most to you.
We offer four types of plans, based on the assignment:
- Subscription – for work on an ongoing and regular basis
- Website Hosting & Combo Plan -- combines website hosting with maintenance
- Project – for customized website quotes or one-time only work
- Bundled Services – pre-packaged services, designs, and bundles
- Hourly – for occasional, pay-as-you-go work
Why choose a subscription plan? Subscription plan rates are less expensive than pay-as-you-go work. Why? Because we charge in quarter-hour increments for hourly work, whereas we charge by the minute for subscription plans. We also price our plans with progressive volume discounts, so the more time you purchase, the lower your rate will be.
Features
- Includes ANY work that you want us to do, from editing to design – you bank blocks of time with us and can use it however you see fit.
- Monthly service hours can be rolled-over or banked for the full term of your commitment -- so if you don't use your full allocation one month, you can add it to your time the following month (hours cannot be banked beyond the term you sign up for)
- Hourly rates are discounted a minimum of 15% off regular pay-as-you-go rates. Additional hours are billed as needed for work you request at the hourly rate of $60.00 per hour if your banked hours run out.
- Available in three, six, and twelve month terms, payable in advance.

Offers the convenience of monthly maintenance and web hosting in one package, with discounts given for annual prepayment. As with the Subscription Plan, we charge by the minute, and your unused time can be rolled over for the entire term you sign up for (six or twelve months).

When you have work that is customized, unique, and well-defined, the project plan is the most economical. Prices are usually either set (based on our knowledge of the time it takes to complete, such as in our packages), or special quotes are prepared for your scope of work.
Features:
- A scope of work outlining all the tasks of the project
- agreement in advance on total hours and costs
- a signed contract spelling out our agreement
- 50% deposit paid at the beginning of the project with balance due when work is complete

Pricing:
We believe that your business is unique ... and so is your website. That's why we create proposals and price estimates that are based on what you need and what you want to accomplish ... not what we've done for someone else. Because we design each project "from scratch", each and every project receives a custom quote. We also offer a 5% discount on our custom project services to non-profits, woman or minority-owned businesses, and repeat customers. Contact us today for your customized quote!
We offer packages for some our more popular services, which are based on a set scope of work, features, and/or tasks, such as our Web Assessments, Online Starter Kits, Marketing Plans and Website Bundles. Check out our bundled plans to see if one of them is right for you.
Hourly work is great when you are pressed for time, and have small but urgent tasks you need immediate assistance with. Our hourly rate is $60. On the hourly plan, we bill in one-quarter hour increments (so the minimum for any assignment is $15). Does this seem like a lot? When you consider that most of the work we do is highly technical in nature and is done skillfully and professionally, it really isn’t. Because we do this work daily, we’re able to be quick and efficient.
