I hereby authorize Glow Virtual Web Services to charge my credit card account for the billing or recurring billing of all web services for which I have signed up. This authorization will stay in effect until the credit card expiration or until I cancel services in writing. In the event my credit card expires, I must complete a new credit card authorization form to continue service. If I have recurring services, I understand that I will receive a monthly statement by email several days prior to the first of the month and my credit card will be charged on the first day of the month.
